Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple complex programmes from initiation through to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Define programme scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements, managing interdependencies between projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive programme plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Effectively communicate programme status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Manage and mentor project managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Proactively identify and resolve programme conflicts, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Implement and champion best practices in programme management, including agile and waterfall methodologies where appropriate.
- Ensure programmes comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations.

Required Skills
