Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and tracking of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget parameters.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate effective team communication and collaboration through various channels.
- Support the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Help manage project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Perform basic risk management activities to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Create and maintain project dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
