Key Responsibilities
- Assist property managers with daily administrative tasks and tenant communications.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs with external vendors.
- Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized property files, records, and databases.
- Assist with rent collection and financial record-keeping as directed.
- Conduct property inspections and follow up on repair needs.
- Support property marketing efforts, including preparing listings and showing units.
