Key Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and other public common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
- Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins, ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, windowsills, fixtures, and furniture.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Address spills and maintain floor surfaces to prevent hazards.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate needs to supervisors.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to management promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
