Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced pump installers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of various pumping systems.
- Prepare job sites by organizing tools, equipment, and materials.
- Perform manual labour, including lifting, carrying, and positioning heavy components and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under direct supervision.
- Learn and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.
- Support troubleshooting and diagnostic activities as directed.
- Transport materials and equipment between work areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the installation team.
Required Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
