Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of products and components at various stages of the production line.
- Perform basic quality checks, measurements, and tests using standard tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Accurately document inspection results, maintain detailed quality records, and enter data into our quality management system.
- Identify, isolate, and report non-conforming products or materials to senior QC personnel for further investigation.
- Assist in the calibration, verification, and maintenance of quality control equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Support senior Quality Control Technicians and Supervisors in collecting and analyzing quality-related data.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance knowledge of quality control best practices.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
