Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of products and components at various stages of the production line.
  • Perform basic quality checks, measurements, and tests using standard tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Accurately document inspection results, maintain detailed quality records, and enter data into our quality management system.
  • Identify, isolate, and report non-conforming products or materials to senior QC personnel for further investigation.
  • Assist in the calibration, verification, and maintenance of quality control equipment to ensure accuracy.
  • Support senior Quality Control Technicians and Supervisors in collecting and analyzing quality-related data.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance knowledge of quality control best practices.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work independently as well as part of a team.
