Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products according to established specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize various measurement tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to verify product compliance.
- Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly, noting any deviations or non-conformances.
- Identify and report defective materials or products to supervisors for further review and resolution.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe inspection area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with production team members to understand product requirements and quality expectations.
- Participate actively in training sessions to enhance knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for discrepancies.
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements, calculations, and data recording.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings or specifications (training provided).
