Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products and components according to established specifications and quality standards.
- Document inspection results accurately, identifying and reporting non-conformities or deviations.
- Assist in setting up and operating various inspection tools and measurement equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Collaborate effectively with production teams to address quality issues and support corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection area, adhering strictly to all safety protocols.
- Learn, understand, and consistently apply company quality procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Support the quality assurance team in ad-hoc tasks, special projects, and data collection as needed.
