Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products and components according to established specifications and quality standards.
  • Document inspection results accurately, identifying and reporting non-conformities or deviations.
  • Assist in setting up and operating various inspection tools and measurement equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
  • Collaborate effectively with production teams to address quality issues and support corrective actions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection area, adhering strictly to all safety protocols.
  • Learn, understand, and consistently apply company quality procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Support the quality assurance team in ad-hoc tasks, special projects, and data collection as needed.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional observation skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to meticulously follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and team collaboration.
