Key Responsibilities
- Host live and pre-recorded radio shows, delivering engaging and entertaining content aligned with station format.
- Curate and select music, ensuring a diverse and appealing playlist that resonates with our target audience.
- Engage with listeners through phone calls, social media, and live interactions, building rapport and fostering community.
- Research, write, and produce show content, including news, interviews, listener features, and promotional segments.
- Operate broadcast studio equipment, including mixing desks, microphones, and playout systems, with precision.
- Develop and maintain a distinctive, professional, and authentic on-air persona.
- Adhere strictly to all broadcasting regulations, station guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Participate in station promotional events, outside broadcasts, and community outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with the programming and production teams to continuously improve show quality and listener experience.
- Monitor social media and audience feedback to adapt content and engagement strategies.
