Key Responsibilities
- Client prospecting and lead generation for sales and leasing opportunities
- Conducting accurate property valuations and market appraisals
- Preparing and staging properties effectively for sale or lease
- Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for listings across various channels
- Arranging and conducting professional property viewings and open houses
- Skillfully negotiating sales prices and leasing agreements to achieve optimal outcomes

Required Skills
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales or leasing (minimum 3 years)
