Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research on local, national, and international real estate trends, including supply/demand, vacancy rates, and rental growth.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed financial models (e.g., discounted cash flow, pro forma statements) for potential acquisitions, developments, and existing assets.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze property-level data, including operating expenses, revenue streams, and capital expenditure forecasts.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and memos summarizing findings and recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Support due diligence efforts for new acquisitions, including reviewing leases, financial statements, and property condition reports.
  • Maintain and update internal databases with accurate and current property and market information.
  • Monitor competitor activities and broader economic indicators that may impact real estate performance.
  • Collaborate with investment, asset management, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
