Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research on local, national, and international real estate trends, including supply/demand, vacancy rates, and rental growth.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed financial models (e.g., discounted cash flow, pro forma statements) for potential acquisitions, developments, and existing assets.
- Collect, organize, and analyze property-level data, including operating expenses, revenue streams, and capital expenditure forecasts.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and memos summarizing findings and recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Support due diligence efforts for new acquisitions, including reviewing leases, financial statements, and property condition reports.
- Maintain and update internal databases with accurate and current property and market information.

Required Skills
