Key Responsibilities
- Independently source, evaluate, and acquire profitable real estate investment opportunities across Calgary and surrounding Alberta regions.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including market analysis, property valuation, risk assessment, and financial modeling for potential acquisitions.
- Develop and execute strategic investment plans, encompassing acquisition, development, property management, and disposition strategies.
- Negotiate purchase agreements, financing terms, and other contractual obligations with sellers, brokers, and lenders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within financial targets.
