Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses efficiently with prospective buyers and agents.
  • Present properties professionally and courteously, highlighting key features and answering basic questions about the home and neighborhood.
  • Ensure properties are prepared for showings, including turning on/off lights, adjusting thermostats, and confirming cleanliness.
  • Gather and communicate constructive feedback from prospective buyers to the lead agents promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of showings, client interactions, and property access details.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks related to property listings and client follow-ups.
  • Adhere to all real estate regulations, safety protocols, and company policies during showings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients and representing Hiring.zycto's brand with integrity.
  • Continuously learn about the local real estate market, including new listings, sales trends, and community amenities.

Required Skills

  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, scheduling software).
  • A professional and positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
  • Familiarity with the Saint-Jacques and Edmundston real estate market.
