Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and direct visitors, ensuring a professional and hospitable first impression.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization, reflecting our company’s commitment to professionalism.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
  • Operate standard office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, photocopiers, and scanners.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all interactions with discretion.
  • Proactively identify and address office supply needs, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative office environment by offering assistance and support to colleagues.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
