Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer and skillfully direct incoming phone calls, managing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers, ensuring accurate distribution.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception area at all times.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings, managing calendars as required.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with office supply inventory and reordering, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
  • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal staff regarding facility-related matters on weekends.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role or administrative position.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
