Key Responsibilities
- Scout and identify emerging musical talent through various channels, including demo submissions, live performances, social media, and industry networks.
- Manage and organize all incoming demo submissions, providing initial screening and feedback.
- Assist A&R executives in artist development, including scheduling studio sessions, coordinating meetings, and managing project timelines.
- Maintain an updated database of potential artists, industry contacts, and music trends.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on artist prospects, market analysis, and competitor activity.
- Support the negotiation process for artist contracts by preparing necessary documentation and conducting research.
- Attend industry events, showcases, and concerts to network and identify new talent.
- Collaborate with marketing, publicity, and legal teams to ensure smooth artist onboarding and project execution.
- Provide creative input and administrative support for artist projects, from recording to release.
- Monitor music charts, streaming data, and social media trends to identify relevant opportunities and artists.
