Key Responsibilities
- Accurately file and retrieve physical and digital records according to established procedures.
- Perform precise data entry into various databases and record-keeping systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information and documents.
- Assist in organizing, scanning, and indexing documents for digital archiving.
- Ensure records are up-to-date and easily accessible for authorized personnel.
- Support the ongoing review and disposition of records in accordance with retention schedules.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring proper tracking and distribution.
