Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our fully remote team. As a vital member of our talent acquisition department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle. In this remote role, you will be the backbone of our recruitment operations, managing everything from interview scheduling and candidate communication to data entry and reporting. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual and in-person as needed) across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and interview panels.
  • Manage candidate communication, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer stage.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment progress.
  • Assist with job posting management, ensuring listings are engaging, accurate, and posted on relevant platforms.
  • Prepare offer letters, new hire paperwork, and facilitate background checks and pre-employment screenings.
  • Generate recruitment reports and provide insights on pipeline activity, time-to-hire, and other key metrics.
  • Support recruiters with sourcing efforts, resume screening, and initial candidate outreach as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.

Required Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative, HR, or recruitment support role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and social media sourcing strategies.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar modern recruitment software.
