Key Responsibilities

  • Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal database).
  • Screen resumes and applications for basic qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
  • Draft and post engaging job descriptions on various job boards.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest and suitability.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategy discussions.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
