Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior recruiters in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various open positions.
  • Utilize online job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare and send offer letters and other recruitment-related correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry and report generation.
  • Contribute to building a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events as needed.
