Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in our intensive training program to learn all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Source, identify, and attract high-quality candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and our internal database.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout their job search.
  • Assist senior consultants in managing client relationships and understanding their hiring needs.
  • Learn about specific industry sectors and market trends to effectively match candidates with suitable roles.
  • Support administrative tasks related to candidate management and compliance.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings and collaborate on strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
