Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and separate recyclable materials (e.g., plastics, paper, metal, glass) on conveyor belts or at designated stations.
  • Operate basic plant equipment safely and efficiently after receiving appropriate training.
  • Monitor material flow, identify contaminants, and remove non-recyclable items.
  • Perform general clean-up duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials as required, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting, bending, and reaching.
