Key Responsibilities
- Sort and separate recyclable materials (e.g., plastics, paper, metal, glass) on conveyor belts or at designated stations.
- Operate basic plant equipment safely and efficiently after receiving appropriate training.
- Monitor material flow, identify contaminants, and remove non-recyclable items.
- Perform general clean-up duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as required, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
