Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, accurately documenting all actions.
- Monitor patient conditions, interpret symptoms, and take appropriate action in emergency situations.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to optimize patient outcomes and care coordination.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and professional nursing standards.

- Ensure a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff.
Required Skills
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from your country of origin (and eligibility for US licensure)
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience.
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse patient populations.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Specialty certification (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
