Key Responsibilities
- Assist Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing treatment programs.
- Guide and supervise patients through prescribed exercises and activities, ensuring proper technique and safety.
- Prepare treatment areas, maintain equipment, and ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records under supervision.
- Monitor patients' progress and report observations to the supervising therapist.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care instructions under the guidance of a therapist.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and organizational policies.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
