Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end corporate relocation processes for assigned employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating employees, providing guidance and support on all aspects of their move.
- Interpret and explain corporate relocation policies and benefits to employees and HR stakeholders.
- Coordinate and liaise with a network of relocation vendors (e.g., movers, real estate agents, temporary housing providers, immigration consultants) to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and manage relocation budgets, process invoices, and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
- Provide destination services support, including information on schools, healthcare, and community resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all relocation activities and documentation in the designated system.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or challenges during the relocation process.
- Conduct post-relocation follow-ups to ensure employee satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and global mobility trends.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate relocation, global mobility, or a related HR field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong client-service orientation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with relocation management software.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality.
