Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering accurate and comprehensive solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently assist customers and answer their questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer experiences and contribute to product improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to process enhancements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and security during all customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed defined key performance indicators (KPIs) for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear and empathetic tone.
