Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues over the phone, email, and chat.

Required Skills

- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk ticketing systems.
- Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Wi-Fi configurations.
