Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in comprehensive training programs to learn about various renewable energy systems (solar, wind, storage).
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of renewable energy equipment.
- Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in renewable energy systems using specialized tools and testing equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies during all work activities.
- Document maintenance and repair activities accurately, including system performance data.
- Help conduct site assessments to evaluate potential locations for renewable energy installations.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients regarding project status and technical issues.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
