Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product offerings, promotions, and reservation system functionalities.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or reservations role.

  • Proficiency in reservation software and CRM systems.
