Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the resort.
- Efficiently perform guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments accurately.
- Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations with attention to detail.
- Provide comprehensive information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a courteous and timely manner.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and provide directions as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate effectively with other resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies.
- Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and act accordingly when required.
