Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across various resort areas, including front desk, food & beverage, and housekeeping.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly and courteously to ensure a seamless experience.
- Prepare and serve food/beverages, adhering to high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service protocols.
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of resort facilities, guest rooms, and public areas.
- Assist with efficient guest check-ins, check-outs, and manage reservation systems with accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across departments to ensure smooth and coordinated resort operations.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and operational guidelines and procedures established by the resort.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) for effective communication.
- Proven customer service experience with a guest-first approach.
