Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Support staff training and development, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks as required.
- Contribute to local marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
