Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and storage areas.
- Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or restocking supplies.
- Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure a continuous supply of clean items.
- Dispose of waste and and recycling appropriately.
