Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and shelves.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or restocking supplies.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of clean items.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations.
