Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up and preparing dining areas before service, including setting tables and stocking necessary supplies.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as directed, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.
- Clear tables efficiently and discreetly, assisting servers to maintain a clean and orderly dining room.
- Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all dishes, glassware, and cutlery are clean and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas, including kitchen, dining room, restrooms, and storage spaces.
- Restock inventory for front-of-house and back-of-house, ensuring continuous availability of supplies.
- Support servers by refilling water, delivering bread, and running food to tables as needed.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, relaying complex issues to senior staff.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
