Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, setting a positive tone for their dining experience.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently using our booking system, optimizing table turnover.
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and assist with initial inquiries or special requests.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date waiting list during peak evening hours, providing accurate wait times.
- Answer incoming phone calls, address guest inquiries, and manage reservation changes with professionalism.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service staff to manage seating availability and ensure smooth table transitions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand, entrance area, and waiting lounge.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and escalate issues to management when necessary.
