Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily supervision and training of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Support the General Manager in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to meet budgetary goals.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by actively engaging with customers, addressing feedback, and resolving any issues promptly and courteously.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security protocols, and cleanliness standards.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized restaurant environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed, under the guidance of senior management.
  • Monitor food quality and service standards, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by fostering strong communication and a collaborative work environment.
