Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring correct plate placement and presentation.
- Quickly clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and cutlery, returning them to the dishwashing area.
- Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread, and providing any other requested items.
- Ensure service stations are well-stocked with clean cutlery, glassware, napkins, and condiments throughout shifts.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding readiness of orders and with servers regarding table status.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively assist to enhance their dining experience.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
- Support the entire front-of-house team during peak hours and special events.
