Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon their arrival, assisting them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to established service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for various shifts or events.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
