Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the management team in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to service standards.
  • Supervise and train front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and tracking supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Handle cash management, including till reconciliation and end-of-shift reports, with accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery, contributing to a seamless dining experience.
