Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and input them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items where appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setup and resetting.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
