Key Responsibilities

- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and ensure all dishes, utensils, and cookware are clean and properly stored.
- Receive and stock deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and storage of food items according to guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the restaurant, preparing for service or securing the premises.
