Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, offering guidance and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and neatly displayed.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, unboxing, tagging, and stocking merchandise.
- Support loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe shopping and working environment.
- Continuously learn about new products, promotions, and store policies to provide up-to-date information to customers.
