Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer transactions using POS systems, handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and assisting with product location.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are tidy.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and preparing deposits.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as stocking shelves, price checking, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security measures and health and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
