Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor issues with professionalism, and escalate complex concerns to management as needed.
  • Actively contribute to achieving daily and weekly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Support inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, accurately tagging items, and conducting regular stock counts.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, including safety, security, and operational guidelines.
