Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Retail Display Assistant to join our dynamic team in Everton, Liverpool. Key Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain all visual merchandising directives and store layout plans as guided by the Visual Merchandising Manager.
- Assist in the installation of window displays, in-store promotions, and seasonal setups, ensuring timely completion and adherence to brand standards.
- Arrange and display products in an appealing and accessible manner, paying close attention to colour, size, and merchandising principles.
- Monitor and replenish display stock, ensuring all areas are tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
- Conduct regular checks of displays and fixtures, promptly addressing any issues such as damage, incorrect pricing, or poor presentation.
- Collaborate with sales associates and management to ensure visual standards support sales goals and customer experience.
- Provide feedback on display effectiveness, customer interaction, and potential improvements to visual strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during display installations and maintenance activities.
- Stay informed about current retail design trends and competitor activities to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail merchandising or a similar visual role.
- Strong aesthetic sense and a keen eye for detail, colour, and composition.
- Ability to interpret visual merchandising guidelines and execute them accurately.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
