Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome all patrons upon their arrival, offering a friendly and inviting first impression.
- Provide clear and concise directions to seating areas, restrooms, coat checks, and other theatre amenities.
- Efficiently scan tickets and assist guests with any general inquiries or wayfinding needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance and lobby area throughout your shift.
- Proactively identify and address minor guest issues, or escalate complex situations to management.
- Act as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador for the theatre and our partner company.
- Adhere strictly to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for all.
- Assist patrons with accessibility needs, ensuring a comfortable experience for every guest.
- Collaborate effectively with ushers, concessions staff, and other theatre personnel.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
