Job Description
Hiring.zycto is seeking a diligent and proactive Retail Loss Prevention Assistant to join our team in Benton, Arkansas. Key Responsibilities
- Observe and report suspicious activities and behaviors that may indicate theft or fraud.
- Conduct discreet surveillance within retail premises, both physically and via CCTV systems.
- Assist in the apprehension of individuals suspected of shoplifting or other illicit activities, following company policies and legal guidelines.
- Document incidents thoroughly and accurately, preparing detailed reports for management and law enforcement.
- Maintain a highly visible presence on the sales floor to actively deter potential loss.
- Ensure compliance with all company loss prevention policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with store management, staff, and external law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining vigilance and security awareness.
- Assist in training new employees on loss prevention awareness and procedures.
- Respond to and address security alarms and other security-related incidents as they arise.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in high-pressure or confrontational situations.
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing and system monitoring.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods during shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior customer service, retail, or security experience.
