Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain engaging product displays and visual merchandising strategies according to company guidelines and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor stock levels and product placement, ensuring optimal visibility and accessibility for customers.
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify merchandising opportunities and make data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate with store management and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and special events.
- Provide training and support to in-store staff on merchandising principles and product knowledge.
- Ensure all visual elements are consistent with brand standards, immaculate, and updated regularly.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser or in a similar visual merchandising role.
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles and visual display techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative flair for product presentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations if required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
