Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and accurately sort incoming returned merchandise.
- Inspect returned items for damage, defects, and completeness according to established guidelines.
- Verify return documentation against physical items, noting any discrepancies.
- Accurately input return data into our inventory management system.
- Determine appropriate disposition for returned items (e.g., restock, repair, markdown, scrap).
- Prepare items for their next stage, including re-packaging or labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the returns processing area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding processing issues or delays.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
- Assist with other warehouse and operational tasks as needed.
Required Skills
